CHECK-IN TIME
From 15:00pm -23:59pm
Arrival is after midnight in only possible if the hotel reception is informed timely and accordingly. Otherwise there is a risk of the reservation to be marked no-show. A no-show results in a full charge and release of room(s).
Early check-in is only possible when the room is clean depending on situation at the time of arrival.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Before 11:00 AM *late check-out only possible when approved by the hotel.
Unnoticed late check-out may lead to a fine of max. € 200,-
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
– Standard flexible rate*:
Cancellations and changes can be made free of charge up to 24-hours days before arrival date(00:00 GMT+1). Official cancellation requires written correspondence. After this term, the total amount (€) of the reservation including local taxes will be immediately charged to the credit card provided for the booking.
– Non-refundable:
Cancellation/changes are not possible. This rate requires an advance payment and by completing your booking, you accept the full reservation charge including local taxes to be immediately debited from the credit card provided. In case of a cancellation or change, no restitution will be given. The charge remains 100%.
– No show:
In case of a no-show, the full charge of the reservation will apply as penalty. The room will be automatically released the following morning.
– Group booking:
Group reservations have different policies, depending on the size of the group. One will be informed in the offer of the hotel.
*Please note that rooms booked with flexible cancellation policies will be pre-authorized with the amount of the first night to validate credit card details. This is not a charge and will only be used to guarantee the room.
TAXES AND OTHER FEES
– All service charges are included
– 9,0% VAT is included in the price
– 7,0% city tax is excluded, unless provided otherwise.
BREAKFAST BUFFET
– Starts daily from 07:30 till 10.00 AM.
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age for reservations and stay is 18 years. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
BABIES AND EXTRA BEDS
– A baby-cot is free of charge and available on request. Bed sheets and towels and included.
– The costs for an extra bed are between €35,00- €45,00 – per night on request. Including bed sheets and towels.
– Maximum number of extra beds/baby beds in a room: 1

*The hotel has the right to check the validity of your credit card any time after completing the booking. In case the cancellation term has passed or booked non-refundable, the total sum will immediately be charged to the card details provided. Including additional local taxes.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
INTERNET
Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is free of charge throughout the whole hotel. The terrace and courtyard garden are also covered.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden in any area inside the hotel. Public areas outside the hotel can be accessed for smoking. Ignoring non-smoking rules inside the rooms and/or the building will be fined a €200,- cleaning fee.
BIKE RENTAL
Bike rental is available for € 15,00 per day. Please inform at the hotel reception.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
