Dear Guests,

Recent developments of the coronavirus pandemic have led the Dutch government to impose another lockdown on the country, meaning all non-essential stores and attractions are closed, and all cultural events cancelled. Therefore, we fully understand your worries about coming to Amsterdam.

We are a small family-owned hotel and are suffering just as much from the continuation of the pandemic as you are. As none of this could have been predicted beforehand, we sat together again and defined the conditions for cancellations and modifications during this lockdown period.

If your trip has been affected or you are considering the cancel your stay, please read the following carefully.

The modified cancellation policy and conditions v4 (21-December 2021) are valid for reservations with check-in dates between 19 December 2021 and 14 January 2022 (including)







In case of a reservation with standard flexible policy, we will grant free cancellation IF our hotel is notified at least 24 hours BEFORE expected date of arrival. No payments are normally taken prior to arrival in case of standard rate bookings.



For reservations that are pre-paid and are forced to be cancelled due to the lockdown, we are temporarily introducing a modification fee, making room for modifications.

Please find the conditions for modification in the table below. In order to modify the dates of your reservation, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure described below.

Kindly note that regardless of the booking conditions; without a proper cancellation, reservations will become "No-Show" and you will be charged the full fee of the stay without exceptions.





1. For all reservations with check-in dates after 22 December 2021, the cancellation request needs to be submitted 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.

2. After cancellation, you will have +1 month from original arrival date to book new stay dates, accepting the modification fee.

3. We apply a fixed MODIFICATION FEE of €150

4. Any difference in price of the new reservation dates needs to be paid upfront.

5. Length of stay must be the same as your original reservation. Extra nights can be added as a new reservation only.

6. Modification of your non-refundable reservation can only be done once.
After new dates are booked, your new reservation remains under the non-refundable policy.
