Cancellation: In case of a reservation with standard flexible policy, we will grant free cancellation IF our hotel is notified at least 72 hours BEFORE expected date of arrival. No payments are normally taken prior to arrival in case of standard rate bookings. |
No-Show: Without notification or proper cancellation, we will charge the full fee of the stay like usual. |
