Since you had to look up this page, it likely means that you are also affected by the recent developements of COVID-19 virus in some way.
While certain countries take more drastic measures than others, we understand that all measures are meant to limit the effects of the virus and hopefully to overcome it finally.

More specific to our industry, is unfortunately that like you, our hotel/small family business is also largely suffering from the consequences. We would like you to know that we take this situation very seriously. And although governments are not providing any support to help disadvantaged individuals and organizations, it is our true intention to provide realistic solutions to our guests at the best of our ability. We also want to stress the fact that we do not intend to take advantage of this situation, but we have to consider the necessities to keep our operations running in order to be able to serve you again in the future.

CANCELLATION & REQUEST HOTEL CREDIT

Please check the most actual travel-restrictions to see possibilities of resuming your travel. We trust that you have carefully considered your travel options before canceling. Your credit may be denied if cancelled without valid cause/reason.

- Add arrival and departure date
- if available, provide dates for future visit(later is still possible)

2. Proceed with OFFICIAL cancellation if booked through Booking.com or Expedia/Hotels.com/Website

 

TEMPORARY MODIFIED CANCELLATION POLICY v3.
(Update:18-03-2020) valid for reservations with check-in date between 13March 2020 and 31March 2020 (including)

STANDARD RATE (Flexible)

Cancellation:
In case of a reservation with standard flexible policy, we will grant free cancellation IF our hotel is notified at least 72 hours BEFORE expected date of arrival. No payments are normally taken prior to arrival in case of standard rate bookings.
No-Show:
Without notification or proper cancellation, we will charge the full fee of the stay like usual.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation: (NO refund)
For reservations that are pre-paid and are forced to be cancelled due to circumstances, we are providing full value HOTEL CREDIT.
You will not lose any value of the amount that is already charged and you can stay with us again in a period of choice. Read the conditions for the credit in the table below.

*In order to receive HOTEL CREDIT we kindly ask you to follow the procedure described above.

No-Show:
Without notification or proper cancellation, we will charge the full fee of the stay like usual.

 

HOTEL CREDIT USE POLICY

IN ORDER TO REQUEST HOTEL CREDIT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE ABOVE.

Validity
- Hotel credit is a credit based on value in EUR/€ currency
- Hotel credit is exclusively applicable on DIRECT hotel reservations
- Credit non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash
- Credit is primarily for personal use, but also available to direct family members. (i.e. partner & child)
- Credit that is not fully utilized for a reservation will lose its excess value
- Credit does not apply on additional services that normally requires a surcharge (for example: breakfast, bikes etc.)

Reservation
- New reservation must be placed within 1 year from initial stay-date. (New stay-date can also be for further periods)
- Credit can only be applied for 1 continuous stay.
- Minimum lenght of stay may apply for high demand dates
- If new stay dates have higher rates, additional payment may be required.

 

Due to the high amount of requests, processing e-mails might take longer than usual. We thank you for understanding.
