    Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4.00 for one hour or € 12.00 for five hours. With the internet card you can logout at any time saving the remaing time for another session.

 

 

Hotel Policies:

Check-in time    : From 15:00 hours guests are able to enter our rooms, however check in is possible at any time and we can store the luggage until the room is finished

Check-out time  : Until 11:00 hours

 

Cancellation Policy:


Individual reservations:

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

Group reservations:

For reservations with more then 5 bedrooms a cancellation or a change can be made until 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Group cancellation policies will be determined at the time of confirmation as this may vary per booking agreements.

 

Children and extra beds:


One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.Babycots are suitable until the age of 2 years.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the reservation department.

 

Pets:


Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel.

 

Accepted credit and debit cards:

Visa, Master, and American Express

Please not that there is a surcharge of 4% for payments by credit card or any other non-Dutch debit card.

 

Car Parking:

Public parking is possible in front of the hotel and costs EUR 36.00 per day (24 full hours), the parking does not belong to the hotel, this is public parking. The parking tickets can be purchased at one of the parking machines on the street.

There is also the possibility to park at P+R locations outside the centre of Amsterdam, making the fees less more. The daily fee at a P+R is around € 8.00 a day.
